Product Introduction:
This product design is applied to outdoor vehicles and engineering machinery equipment with high requirements for decoration and corrosion resistance, such as engineering vehicles, road cleaning equipment, forklifts, logistics vehicles, and buses. It mainly serves as an intermediate coating to address substrate defects exposed after primer application and enhance the overall corrosion resistance of the coating film.
Product Features:
1. This product exhibits excellent sealing properties, is easy to sand, and can also be applied wet-on-wet with topcoats.
2. This product offers good workability.
3. This product features high hardness and excellent adhesion.
4. The coating film exhibitsoutstandingyellowing resistance and chalking resistance outdoors.
Construction reference:
Surface Treatment - Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm, free from grease, rust, and other contaminants. If there are issues such as grease, paint residue, or weld burrs on the steel surface, mechanical treatment is required (if possible, sandblasting or shot blasting is preferred for rust removal), aiming for Sa2.5 or higher (Sa3.0). For surfaces already coated with primer, topcoat must be applied within the recoating window. Avoid applying the topcoat immediately after the primer or leaving it for more than 7 days before topcoat application. If topcoat application exceeds 7 days, the primer should be sanded before proceeding.
The treatment of floating dust - it can be blown clean with a compressed air gun or swept clean with a clean brush.
Old paint film treatment—remove with a scraper, then fill and sand smooth, or adopt other methods as needed.
Grease Treatment — First, remove or treat with a thinner or other methods, then wipe clean with a cloth. If conditions permit, clean with dilute acid first, rinse with clean water, and then air-dry or oven-dry.
Construction Conditions
The optimal application temperature for this product is between 10°C and 40°C. Relative humidity must be below 70%. Avoid application during rainy, snowy, or foggy weather, and prevent contact with acidic, alkaline, salty, or oily chemicals. Ensure adequate ventilation in confined spaces during application and drying, maintaining humidity below 70%. The substrate surface must be dry and clean, with its temperature at least 3°C above the dew point, preferably above 10°C.
Application Method
As this is a water-based product with high latent heat of evaporation, it dries slower compared to solvent-based coatings. Therefore, air spraying is recommended for application to facilitate faster moisture evaporation.
Application Parameters
Mixing ratio—Refer to the proportion indicated on the packaging.
Thinner - purified water
The dilution ratio is generally 20-25% of the amount of component A used.
Gelation time—Use within 2 hours after mixing at a temperature of (23±2)℃. The gelation time shortens as the ambient temperature increases and lengthens as the ambient temperature decreases.
Special Note: When adding Component B and water to this product's Component A, the following must be observed:
1. Add according to the proportions indicated on the packaging;
2. Slowly add component A to component B under electric stirring. After the addition is complete, increase the stirring speed and continue stirring for 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Water must be added only after mixing component B for 3-5 minutes and should be introduced gradually under continuous stirring. The recommended water addition ratio is generally 20-25%, with strict control over the amount. After adding water, continue mixing for another 3-5 minutes.
4. After preparation, the product needs to stand for 5 ~ 10 minutes of maturation to ensure better workability and coating effects.
Maturation Time — The maturation time is 5 ~ 10 minutes.
Spray Gun Pressure — 0.4~0.6MPa
Tool Cleaning — Purified water

Emergency Response:
To prevent skin and eye contact with the paint, wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and masks before application. If the paint comes into contact with the skin, immediately wash with warm water, soapy water, or an appropriate cleaning agent. If it gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly.
The construction site should be well-ventilated, and an air mask must be worn during spraying to prevent inhalation of solvent vapors and paint mist. Do not pour the paint into drains or drainage pipes.
This product contains flammable substances. Keep away from open flames during storage and application, and smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site. The product should be stored out of reach of children.
Storage:
Must be stored in accordance with national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well-ventilated, and away from heat sources and open flames. Packaging containers must remain tightly sealed.
