Product Overview:

This product is a single-component paint formulated with modified alkyd resin, anti-rust pigments, fillers, and additives. It serves as a matching primer for the vehicle-specific topcoat series.Designed to protect steel plates in mildly to moderately corrosive environments.

Construction reference:

Surface Treatment: Before coating, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, firm, and free from contaminants such as grease and rust. For steel surfaces, sandblasting or shot blasting should be used to remove rust, achieving a standard of St3 or Sa2.5.

Handling of floating dust—Use compressed air to blow clean or sweep with a clean brush.

Old paint film treatment—Remove with a scraper, fill and sand smooth, or employ other methods as needed.

Grease treatment—First clean with gasoline or thinner, then wipe with a clean cloth.

Application method: Suitable for conventional spraying and brushing.

Construction conditions: Ambient temperature (5~35) °C; relative air humidity below 75%. Avoid application during rain, snow, or fog. Provide ample ventilation in confined spaces during construction and drying periods.

Recommended matching product: Vehicle-specific topcoat

Thinner and dilution ratio: X-6 thinner, dilution ratio (0-15)% (by weight). Avoid over-dilution. Use X-6 thinner for cleaning tools.

The temperature resistance should not exceed 100°C under dry conditions.

Emergency Response:

To avoid skin and eye contact with paint, wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and masks before construction. If paint splashes onto the skin, wash immediately with warm water, soap, or an appropriate cleaner. If it enters the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly.

The construction site should be well-ventilated, and an air mask must be worn during spraying to prevent inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist. Never pour the paint into drains or sewage pipes.

This product contains flammable substances. Keep away from open flames during storage and construction, and smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site. Store the product out of reach of children.

Storage:

Storage Period: Store in a cool, dry place with a valid storage period of one year (can be reused after passing inspection after one year)
