Product Introduction:

This product is a two-component coating (A and B) prepared from epoxy resin, macromolecular organic amine polymer, anti-rust pigments and fillers, additives, and other main components. It serves as an anti-rust primer for the exterior walls of bulk water tankers, cement mixers, oil tankers, etc., providing rust protection and decoration for metal surfaces while extending the service life of steel structures.

Color: Iron Red/Gray

Solid Content: Mass solid content: more than 60% (slight variations depending on color)

Density: (1.25~1.35) g/mL

Flash Point: (closed cup) 23°C

Storage Period: Store in a cool, dry place. The effective storage period is one year (Component B must be used up at once after opening). Packaging: 28.75/set (actual filling quantity shall prevail)

Mixing Ratio—Component A: Component B = 100:15 (by weight), subject to the packaging label.

Application Methods—Airless Spray, Conventional Spray | Brush Application

Applicable after mixing - Use within 4 hours after mixing, temperature (23±2)

Proper curing - Before construction, mix components A and B thoroughly in the specified ratio, then allow to mature for 30 minutes before use.

Spray gun pressure — 0.4-0.6Mpa (Airless spraying data is for reference only, actual application can be adjusted appropriately based on conditions.)

Tool cleaning — Epoxy paint thinner

To avoid skin and eye contact with paint, wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and masks before starting work. If paint splashes onto the skin, wash immediately with warm water, soap, or an appropriate cleaning agent. If paint enters the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly.

Ensure the construction site is well-ventilated. Use an air mask during spraying to prevent inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist. Never pour paint into drains or sewage pipes.

This product contains flammable substances. Keep away from open flames during storage and application, and smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site. Store the product out of reach of children.

Storage:

Can be stored for at least 12 months at 25°C, after which it should be inspected before use. Store in a dry, ventilated, shaded area, away from fire and heat sources.
