Product Introduction:

The cured coating film of this product exhibitsexcellentcolor and gloss retention under outdoor sunlight exposure, while featuring high solid content with low viscosity, resulting in lower VOC emissions and superior environmental friendliness. It is designed for application on outdoor machinery and equipment such as engineering vehicles, road sweepers, forklifts, logistics trucks, and buses, which demand high corrosion resistance or elevated decorative requirements.

Application Guidelines:

Surface Treatment

Surface Treatment - Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, smooth, and firm, free from contaminants such as grease and rust. If there are issues like grease, old paint film, or weld burrs on the steel surface, mechanical treatment should be applied (where possible, sandblasting or shot blasting is recommended for rust removal), achieving a standard of Sa2.5 or higher (Sa3.0). For surfaces already coated with primer, the topcoat must be applied within the specified recoating window. Avoid applying the topcoat immediately after the primer or waiting more than 7 days before topcoat application. If the topcoat is to be applied after more than 7 days, the primer should be sanded before applying the topcoat.

Treatment of floating dust — It can be blown clean with compressed air or swept clean with a clean brush.

Treatment of old paint film — Use a scraper to remove and then fill and smooth the surface, or adopt other methods as needed.

Treatment of grease — First clean with a thinner or other methods, then wipe with a clean cloth. If conditions permit, clean with dilute acid first, rinse with clean water, and then air dry or oven dry.

Construction conditions

The suitable construction temperature for this product is 5°C–40°C. The relative humidity must be below 85%. Avoid construction in rainy, snowy, or foggy weather, and avoid contact with water. Adequate ventilation must be provided during construction and drying in confined spaces. The construction surface must be dry and clean, and the substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point before coating.

Construction method

Air spraying or brushing. If special application methods (such as high-pressure airless spraying or roller coating) are used, please specify in advance. The company will adjust the formulation accordingly for special methods.

Coating data:

Mixing ratio—Dilute according to the ratio indicated on the package. Thinner—Eco-friendly Type I thinner.

Dilution ratio—Generally 15~30% of the paint volume used.

Gel time—Use within 4 hours after mixing at a temperature of (23±2)°C. The pot life will shorten accordingly in high summer temperatures and extend in winter.

Curing time—Mix components A and B in the specified ratio and stir for about 10 minutes before application. Allow to cure for 10-20 minutes before use.

Spray gun pressure—0.4—0.6 MPa.

Tool Cleaning—Eco-Friendly Thinner

Incident Response:

To avoid skin and eye contact with paint, wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and masks before construction. If paint splashes onto the skin, immediately wash it off with warm water, soapy water, or an appropriate cleaning agent. If paint gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly.

The construction site should be well-ventilated, and an air mask should be worn during spraying to prevent inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist. Do not pour the coating into drains or sewage pipes.

This product contains flammable substances. Keep it away from open flames during storage and construction, and smoking is strictly prohibited at the work site. Store the product out of reach of children.

Storage:

It must be stored in accordance with national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well-ventilated, and away from heat sources and open flames. The packaging container must remain tightly sealed.
