Construction Reference

Surface  Treatment——  Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, smooth, firm, and free of grease, rust, or other contaminants.，If there is grease on the steel surface，Old paint films or weld spatter should be treated with mechanical equipment.(If possible, sandblasting or shot blasting is the preferred method for rust removal on steel surfaces.), the requirement is to achieveSa2.5or a higher level (Sa3.0). If it is newly applied primer, the topcoat should be applied within the specified coating interval.

Treatment of Dust——  Blow it clean with compressed air or sweep it away with a clean brush.

Old paint film treatment——  Remove with a scraper, then fill and sand smooth, or use other methods as appropriate.

Construction  Environment——  The optimal application temperature for this product is5℃—40℃. Relative humidity must be below80%, and application should be avoided during rain, snow, or fog. Contact with water is prohibited. Adequate ventilation must be provided during application and drying in confined spaces. The surface must be dry and clean, with substrate temperature above the dew point.3Above ℃.

Safety

To prevent skin and eye contact with paint, wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and masks before starting work. If paint splashes onto the skin, immediately wash it off with warm water, soapy water, or other appropriate cleaners. If paint gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.

The construction site should be well-ventilated, and air masks must be worn during spraying operations to prevent inhalation of solvent vapors and paint mist. Never pour paint into sewers or drainage pipes.

This product is flammable and should be kept away from open flames during storage and application; smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site. The product should be stored out of reach of children.

Storage

At 25°C, it can be stored for at least 12 months, after which it should be inspected before use. Store in a dry, ventilated, shaded area, away from fire and heat sources.
