Construction reference:

Surface Treatment - Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm, free from contaminants such as grease, rust, etc. If there are issues like grease, old paint films, or weld burrs on the steel surface, mechanical treatment should be applied (if conditions permit, sandblasting or shot blasting can be used for rust removal on the steel surface), requiring a standard of Sa 2.5 or higher (Sa 3.0).

Dust Removal - Loose dust can be cleaned using a compressed air gun or swept away with a clean brush.

Old paint film treatment—Remove with a scraper, then fill and sand smooth, or adopt other methods as needed.

Grease treatment—first remove with a thinner or treat by other means, then wipe clean with a clean cloth. If conditions permit, start by washing with dilute acid, then rinse thoroughly with water, and finally air-dry or oven-dry.

Construction Environment—The suitable application temperature for this product is between 5°C and 40°C. Relative humidity must be below 80%, avoiding construction during rainy, snowy, or foggy weather, and contact with water is prohibited. Adequate ventilation should be provided during application and drying in confined spaces. The construction surface must be dry and clean, with the substrate temperature at least 3°C above the dew point.

Mixing ratio—follow the proportion indicated on the packaging.

Construction method: air spraying or brushing. If special application methods (such as airless spraying or roller coating) are used, please specify in advance. The company will adjust the formulation accordingly for special methods.

Dilution Ratio — Generally 10-30% of the paint used

Gel Time — 16h (5°C), 6h (15°C), 3h (25°C), 1h (40°C)

Curing time - Mix components A and B in the specified ratio and stir for about 10 minutes before use. Allow to cure for 10-20 minutes before application.

Emergency Response:

To avoid skin and eye contact with paint, wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and masks before construction. If paint splashes on the skin, immediately wash with warm water, soapy water, or an appropriate cleaning agent. If paint gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.

The construction site should be well-ventilated. Wear an air mask during spray painting to prevent inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist. Never pour paint into drains or sewage pipes.

This product contains flammable substances. Keep away from open flames during storage and application. Smoking is strictly prohibited at construction sites. Store the product out of reach of children.

Storage:

Can be stored for at least 12 months at 25°C. After this period, inspect before use. Store in a dry, ventilated, shaded area away from fire and heat sources.
