Surface treatment

Surface Treatment - Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, smooth, and firm, free from grease, rust, and other contaminants. If there is grease, old paint, or weld spatter on the steel surface, mechanical treatment should be applied (where possible, sandblasting or shot blasting should be used for rust removal), achieving a standard of Sa2.5 or higher (Sa3.0). For surfaces already coated with primer, ensure that the topcoat is applied within the specified recoating window. Avoid applying the topcoat immediately after the primer or waiting more than 7 days after primer application. If the topcoat is to be applied after more than 7 days, the primer should be sanded before topcoat application.

The treatment of floating dust—use a compressed air gun to blow it clean or sweep it clean with a clean brush.

Old paint film treatment—remove with a scraper, then fill and sand smooth, or use other methods as appropriate.

Grease treatment—first clean with a thinner or handle by other means, then wipe clean with a cloth. If conditions permit, wash with dilute acid first, rinse with clean water, and then air-dry or oven-dry.

Construction Conditions

Air spraying or brushing. If a special application method (such as airless spraying or roller coating) is used, it should be specified in advance. The company will adjust the formulation accordingly for special methods.

Incident response:

To avoid skin and eye contact with paint, wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and a mask before construction. If paint splashes onto the skin, immediately wash it off with warm water, soapy water, or an appropriate cleaner. If it gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly.

The construction site should be well-ventilated, and an air mask must be worn during spraying to prevent inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist. Do not pour the coating into drains or sewage pipes.

This product contains flammable substances. Keep away from open flames during storage and construction, and smoking is strictly prohibited at the worksite. Store the product out of reach of children.

Storage:

Storage must comply with national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well-ventilated, and kept away from heat sources and open flames. Packaging containers must remain tightly sealed.
