Product Introduction:

This product is composed of modified alkyd resin, pigments, solvents, and additives, featuring a flexible film, excellent gloss, and outstanding color and gloss retention.Used for exterior surface decoration and protection of semi-trailers and heavy-duty truck bodies.

Construction Reference:

Surface Treatment: Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, smooth, firm, and free from oil, rust, and other impurities. For steel surfaces, sandblasting or shot blasting should be used for rust removal, achieving a standard of St3 or Sa2.5.

Handling of floating dust: It can be cleaned by blowing with compressed air or swept with a clean brush.

Old paint film treatment: Remove with a scraper, fill and sand smooth, or adopt other methods as appropriate.

Grease treatment - first remove with gasoline or thinner, then wipe clean with a cloth.

Application method: Suitable for conventional spraying and brushing.

Construction conditions: Application temperature (5-35) °C; relative air humidity less than 75%. Avoid construction during rain, snow, or fog. Provide ample ventilation in confined spaces during application and drying periods.

Diluent and dilution ratio: X-6 diluent, dilution ratio (0-15) % (mass ratio), do not over-dilute, clean tools with X-6 diluent.

Accident Response:

To avoid skin and eye contact with paint, wear appropriate work clothes, gloves, protective goggles, and masks before construction. If paint splashes onto the skin, immediately wash with warm water, soapy water, or a suitable cleaning agent. If paint gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly.

The construction site should be well-ventilated, and an air mask must be worn during spraying to prevent inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist. Do not pour the paint into drains or sewage pipes.

This product contains flammable substances. Keep away from open flames during storage and application, and smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site. The product should be stored out of reach of children.

Storage:

Shelf Life: Store in a cool, dry place. Valid for one year (can be reused after passing inspection after one year)
