Construction reference:
Surface Preparation—Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, smooth, and firm, free from oil, rust, or other contaminants. If there are issues such as oil, old paint, or weld burrs on the steel surface, mechanical equipment should be used for treatment (preferably sandblasting or shot blasting for rust removal if conditions permit), achieving a standard of Sa2.5 or higher (Sa3.0). If it is a newly applied primer, the topcoat should be applied within the specified interval.
Dust Removal—Compressed air guns or clean brushes can be used to remove loose dust.
Old Paint Film Treatment—Use a scraper to remove and then fill and smooth the surface, or adopt other methods as needed.
Oil Treatment—First, use a solvent or other methods to remove oil, then wipe with a clean cloth. If conditions allow, wash with dilute acid first, rinse with clean water, and then air-dry or bake.
Construction Environment: The optimal application temperature for this product is between 5°C and 40°C. Relative humidity must be below 75%. Avoid application during rainy, snowy, or foggy weather, and prevent contact with water. Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying in confined spaces. The application surface must be dry and clean, with the substrate temperature at least 3°C above the dew point.
Application Method: Apply via air spraying or brushing. If using a special application technique (such as airless spray or roller coating), please notify in advance so the company can adjust the formula accordingly.
Dilution Ratio: Typically 5–10% of the paint volume used.
Spraying Pressure: 0.3–0.6 MPa

Health and Safety:
To avoid skin and eye contact with the paint, wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and a mask before starting work. If paint splashes onto the skin, immediately wash it off with warm water, soap, or other suitable cleaning agents. If paint gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly.
The construction site should be well-ventilated. Wear an air mask during spray painting to prevent inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist. Do not pour the paint into sewers or drainage pipes.
This product is flammable. Keep it away from open flames during storage and application. Smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site. Store the product out of reach of children.
Storage:
Can be stored for at least 12 months at 25℃, after which inspection is required before use. Store in a dry, ventilated, shaded area away from fire and heat sources.
