Product Overview | This product is a glossy alkyd anti-rust paint formulated with resin, pigments, extender pigments, driers, and organic solvents. It features high gloss, excellent rust-proof performance, and the dual characteristics of combining primer and topcoat into one layer, making it simple to operate and convenient to use. It is mainly used for coating steel structures as an all-in-one primer and topcoat solution.
Product Features | 1.The surface finish of this product depends on the application method; avoid mixed application methods as much as possible. 2.Multiple coats are required to achieve the specified film thickness.,Pay attention to the coating interval time. 3.This product must be used with alkyd thinner.

Application Guidelines | Surface Preparation — Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, smooth, and firm, free from grease, rust, and other contaminants. If there are issues such as grease, old paint flakes, or weld spatter on the steel surface, mechanical methods should be used for treatment (preferably sandblasting or shot blasting for rust removal if conditions permit), aiming for a standard of Sa2.5 or higher (Sa3.0). Dust Removal – Use a compressed air gun to blow it clean or sweep it with a clean brush. Old Paint Film Treatment – Remove it with a scraper, then fill and sand it smooth, or use other methods as appropriate. Oil and grease treatment—— First, use a thinner to remove or treat with other methods, then wipe clean with a clean cloth. If possible, first clean with dilute acid, rinse with clean water, and then air dry or oven dry. Construction Environment — The optimal application temperature for this product is between 5°C and 40°C. Relative humidity must be below 75%. Avoid application during rainy, snowy, or foggy weather, and prevent contact with water. Ensure adequate ventilation in confined spaces during both application and drying periods. The surface to be treated must be dry and clean, and the substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point. Construction Method - Air spraying or brushing. If special application methods (such as airless spraying or roller coating) are required, please specify in advance. The company will adjust the formulation accordingly for special methods. Dilution ratio—Generally 5-10% of the paint quantity used Spraying pressure—0.3~0.6MPa Tools Cleaning—Alkyd Thinner
