Product Introduction:

It is a single-component iron red engineering steel structure specialty paint composed of new steel structure paint-specific resins, rust-proof pigments, fillers, and additives.

Product Usage:

Suitable for the coating protection of steel structure substrates, it provides excellent rust and corrosion resistance in general mild corrosive environments.

Product Features:

Excellent sag resistance, fast drying speed, and high coating efficiency.

Saltwater resistance (3%): >48 hours

Drying time: Surface dry ≤2 hours, Full dry ≤10 hours

Theoretical coverage rate: 6~8 square meters per kilogram (based on 25 micrometers dry film thickness)

Construction sagging: >300 microns

Solid content: >70%

Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) content: ≤420 grams per liter

Painting Precautions:

1. Substrate Preparation: The surface of the construction substrate must be clean, dry, free of loose paint layers, oil, rust, and other contaminants.

2. Construction Environment: The ambient temperature should be ≥5°C, humidity ≤85%, and the surface temperature of the construction material ≥5°C.

3. Coating methods: air spraying, airless spraying, brushing.

4. Dilution ratio: Add 10% to 15% of alkyd-specific thinner, stir thoroughly until the viscosity is suitable for application.
