Product Overview:
This product is a variety of alkyd ready-mixed paints formulated with alkyd resin, pigments, extender pigments, driers, and organic solvents. The product boasts excellent decorative properties, is self-drying, and features simple operation and convenient use. It is primarily used for coating general metal and building surfaces.
Product Features:
1. The surface finish of this product depends on the application method; mixed application methods should be avoided whenever possible.
2. Multiple coats must be applied to achieve the specified film thickness, and attention should be paid to the interval between coats.
3. This product must be used with alkyd thinner.

Construction reference:
Surface Treatment — Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, smooth, and firm, free of grease, rust, and other contaminants. If there are issues such as grease, old paint film, or welding burrs on the steel surface, mechanical equipment should be used for treatment (if conditions permit, sandblasting or shot blasting is preferred for rust removal on the steel surface), requiring a standard of Sa2.5 or higher (Sa3.0). If it is a newly applied primer, the topcoat should be applied within the specified interval period.
Dust Treatment - Use compressed air gun to blow clean or sweep with a clean brush.
Old Paint Film Treatment - Remove with a scraper, then fill and sand smooth, or use other methods as appropriate.
Grease Treatment - First clean with thinner or use other methods, then wipe with a clean cloth. If conditions permit, wash with dilute acid first, rinse with clean water, then air dry or oven dry.
Construction Environment: The optimal application temperature for this product is between 5°C and 40°C. Relative humidity must be below 75%, and application should be avoided during rain, snow, or fog. Contact with water is prohibited. Adequate ventilation must be provided during application and drying in confined spaces. The surface must be dry and clean, with the substrate temperature at least 3°C above the dew point.
Application Method: Air spraying or brush application. If special application methods (e.g., airless spraying or roller coating) are used, prior notice is required for the company to adjust the formula accordingly.
Dilution Ratio: Generally 5-10% of the paint volume.
Spraying Pressure: 0.3–0.6 MPa

Health and Safety:
To avoid skin and eye contact with paint, wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and masks before application. If paint splashes onto the skin, immediately wash with warm water, soapy water, or other suitable cleansers. If paint enters the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly. Ensure good ventilation at the construction site and wear an air mask during spraying to prevent inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist. Do not pour paint into sewers or drainage systems. This product is flammable; keep away from open flames during storage and application, and smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site. Store the product out of reach of children.
Storage:
It can be stored for at least 12 months at 25°C, after which it should be inspected before use. Store in a dry, ventilated, shaded area, away from fire and heat sources.
