This product is an environmentally friendly single-component water-based coating specially designed for machinery equipment, composed of water-based modified alkyd resin, pigments, water-based additives, deionized water, and more.

Precautions:
1. Substrate treatment: It is recommended to perform pre-treatment such as degreasing, derusting, cleaning, and drying on the substrate.
2. Coating system: Water-based primer specifically for machinery.
3. Application environment: Ambient temperature during application should be ≥5°C, humidity ≤85%, and surface temperature of the workpiece ≥5°C.
4. Application methods: roller coating, spray coating, brush coating.
5. Dilution ratio: Stir with clean tap water up to 5% until reaching the desired construction viscosity.
