Construction Process:

1Substrate Preparation     

 All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry, and free from contaminants.

Water-based alkyd enamel should be applied over the recommended primer. The primer surface must be dry and free from any contaminants.

3, painting environment

ConstructionThe minimum surface temperature of steelplates should notbelower than5℃, andSteelThe surface temperature of the plate mustbeat least above the dew point3℃ or higher.

The relative humidity should be below70%, otherwise the drying and recoating intervals will be significantly prolonged. Good ventilation around the object to be painted is beneficial for the drying of the paint film.

4、Painting Method 

• Air spraying：Recommended,Air spraying application. Thoroughly flush the equipment with alcohol, then clean with water before applying the coating. For maximum edge protection and film thickness, air spraying is recommended. Prior to spraying, the paint should be thoroughly mixed and diluted with pure water or clean tap water to achieve a viscosity of-4seconds in the cup,40~60with a dilution ratio of0~10%。

• Brush application：It is recommended to apply multiple thin coats; otherwise, it may affect drying speed and leveling.

Storage:

Storage Temperature0℃～35°C, sealedStore in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Shelf life12months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it can still be used if it meets the standard requirements after testing. When the temperature is below0℃effective anti-freezing measures should be taken.During storage and transportation, do not expose to frost.
