Construction Process:

All surfaces to be painted should be clean, dry, and free from contaminants.

Water-based alkyd quick-drying enamel should be applied over the recommended primer. The primer surface should be dry and free from any contaminants.

Clean tap water or deionized water

3, Painting environment

ConstructionDuring steelplate surface minimum temperature should notbebelow5°C, andSteelThe surface temperature of the plate mustbeat least above the dew point3°C or higher.

Relative humidity should be below70%, otherwise the drying and recoating intervals will be significantly prolonged. Good ventilation around the object being painted is beneficial for the drying of the paint film.

Storage:

Storage Temperature0℃～35°C, sealedStore in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Shelf life12months. If the shelf life is exceeded, the product can still be used if it meets the standard requirements upon testing. When the temperature is below0℃effective anti-freezing measures should be taken.During storage and transportation, it must not be exposed to frost.
