Product Introduction:
It is a single-component self-drying water-based quick-drying protective topcoat composed of silicone-modified water-based alkyd resin, pigments and fillers, water-based additives, deionized water, etc.

Water-based Alkyd Protective Coating is mainly suitable for decoration and protection of various steel structure pipelines, steel structure workshops, mechanical equipment, camp houses, etc.

Painting precautions:
1. Substrate Preparation: The surface to be coated must be clean, dry, and free from loose paint layers, grease, rust, and other contaminants.
2. Application Environment: The ambient temperature should be ≥5°C, humidity ≤85%, and the surface temperature of the workpiece ≥5°C.
3. Application Methods: Airless spraying, conventional spraying, or brush application.
4. Dilution ratio: Mix with clean tap water at 5% to 15% and stir evenly to achieve construction viscosity.
