Product Introduction:

It is a single-component, self-drying water-based special paint for steel structures, composed of aqueous functional emulsion, anti-rust pigments, additives, deionized water, and other components. It features convenient application, strong adhesion, fast drying, and can be directly diluted with water.

Usage:

Suitable for anti-corrosion coating on various steel structure equipment, pipelines, and other metal surfaces, providing excellent rust and corrosion protection in mildly corrosive environments.

Construction technique:

1, substrate treatment 

The construction surface must be clean, dry, and free from loose paint layers, grease, and other contaminants.Avoid the presence of organic solvents, oils, acids, alkalis, salts, or mechanical impurities on the surface, as they may affect the adhesion of the paint film. After opening the paint can, thoroughly stir and pour it into a mixing bucket. 3Coating environment

The minimum surface temperature of the steel plate during construction should not be lower than5°C, and the surface temperature of the steel plate must be at least3°C above the dew point.

Relative humidity should be below70%, otherwise the drying and recoating intervals will be significantly prolonged. Good ventilation around the object to be painted is beneficial for the drying of the paint film.

4Painting method 

• Air Spraying：Recommended,Air Spraying Application  If using equipment previously employed for solvent-based products,thoroughly rinse the equipment with alcohol, followed by water cleaning before coating application. For optimal edge protection and film thickness, air spraying is advised. • Brush application：It is recommended to apply multiple thin coats; otherwise, drying speed and leveling may be affected.

Storage:

Storage Temperature0℃～35°C, sealedStore in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Shelf life12months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it can still be used if it meets the standard requirements upon testing. When the temperature is below0℃effective anti-freezing measures should be taken.During storage and transportation, it must not be exposed to frost.
