Product Introduction:

is a waterborne alkyd emulsion composed of pigments, additives, deionized water, etc.single-component waterborne coating. It featureseasy application, filmbright and full, and can be directly diluted with clean water.。

Applications:

A viable alternative to solvent-based alkyd enamel, suitable for coating steel structures, wooden objects, and building surfaces in mildly corrosive environments to provide protection and decoration.

Construction Process:

1, Substrate Treatment   

All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry, and free from contaminants.

Water-based alkyd enamel should be applied over the recommended primer. The primer surface must be dry and free of any contaminants.

2, thinner

Clean tap water or deionized water

3, painting environment

ConstructionThe steelplate surface minimum temperature shall notbelower than5℃, andSteelThe surface temperature of the plate mustbeat least above the dew point3℃ or higher.

Relative humidity should be below70%, otherwise, the drying and recoating intervals will be significantly prolonged. Good ventilation around the object being painted is conducive to the drying of the paint film.

4, painting methods    

• Air Spraying:Recommended,Air spraying construction. Thoroughly rinse the equipment with alcohol before applying the coating, then clean with water. For optimal edge protection and film thickness, air spraying is recommended. Prior to spraying, the paint should be thoroughly stirred and diluted with pure water or clean tap water to achieve4cup40~60seconds of application, with a dilution ratio of0~10%。

• Coating：It is recommended to apply multiple thin coats during construction, as otherwise it may affect the drying speed and leveling.

5Cleaning

Storage:

Storage Temperature0℃～35℃, SealedStore in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Shelf Life12months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it can still be used if it meets the standard requirements upon testing. If the temperature is below0℃, effective antifreeze measures should be taken.During storage and transportation, it must not be exposed to frost.
