Product Introduction
Composed of acrylic resin, weather-resistant pigments, wear-resistant fillers, additives, and high-quality solvents.

Product Uses
Suitable for various cement-based substrates where low performance requirements for floor coatings are acceptable. Applicable to surfaces free of oil, organic solvents, and other corrosive liquids, such as non-heavy-load warehouses, outdoor corridors, outdoor courts, and similar venues.

Fast drying, tough film, strong adhesion, easy application, low cost, and can be applied by various methods.

Surface Preparation
The substrate moisture content must be below 8%. The substrate must be fully treated, kept clean and dry before application; remove dust, oil, acid, alkali, and water. Sweep the ground thoroughly to remove dust and debris to ensure good adhesion between the film and the substrate.

1. Pre-treatment: Use compressed air to blow clean, or sweep with a clean broom.

2. Paint film treatment: Scrape off loose material with a putty knife and sand smooth, or use other methods as appropriate.

3. Oil film treatment: Remove with thinner or other methods, then wipe clean with a dry cloth.

Application Conditions
Optimal application temperature is 5℃ to 30℃, relative humidity should be below 85%. Avoid application in rain, snow, or foggy weather. Contact with water is prohibited. When applying in cold or hot environments, avoid direct sunlight. The substrate surface must be clean, and the substrate temperature must be at least 3℃ above the dew point.

Application Methods
Air spraying or roller coating. If special methods (such as airless spray or brush) are required, please notify in advance so the company can take corresponding measures.

Application Parameters

1. Thinner: Acrylic floor paint thinner.

2. Thinning ratio: 5%~10%.

3. Spraying pressure: 0.4–0.6 MPa.

4. Application temperature: –5℃ to 5℃.

5. Recoat interval: Drying time is affected by ventilation, temperature, film thickness, number of coats, etc. The typical data below are based on the following conditions:
