Physical Properties

Surface Preparation
The moisture content of the substrate must be below 8%. The substrate must be fully treated and kept clean and dry before application. Remove dust, oil, and acid/alkali/water contamination. Sweep the ground thoroughly to remove dust and debris to ensure good adhesion.

1. Treatment of contamination: Use compressed air to blow clean, or sweep with a clean broom.

2. Treatment of old paint film: Scrape off with a putty knife and sand smooth, or use other methods as appropriate.

3. Treatment of oil film: Remove with thinner or other methods, then wipe clean with a dry cloth.

Application Conditions
Optimal application temperature is 5℃ to 30℃, relative humidity should be below 85%. Avoid application in rain, snow, or foggy weather. Contact with water is prohibited. Provide adequate ventilation during application and drying in confined spaces. The substrate surface must be clean, and the substrate temperature must be at least 3℃ above the dew point.

Application Methods
Air spraying or roller coating. If special application methods are required, please notify in advance so the company can adjust the formulation accordingly.

Application Parameters

1. Thinner: No thinner required.

2. Spraying pressure: 0.4–0.6 MPa.

3. Application temperature: –20℃ to 30℃.

4. Application time: 5–8 hours.

5. Application humidity: Humidity, temperature, film thickness, and number of coats all affect drying time. The typical data below are based on the following conditions:
