The surface of the ground base should be surface-dry and free of standing water or any contaminants before applying the liquid hardener.

V. Construction Reference：

（1）. The ground should be level and free of impurities before construction. All impurities (dirt, grease, stains, and organic coatings) should be mechanically removed, and any holes or cracks on the ground should be repaired. Depending on the ground condition, dilute the hardener with an appropriate amount of water to achieve the right viscosity, ensuring optimal material usage. For general concrete surfaces, it is recommended to usea 0.5x water dilution, while for surfaces with good strength, a 1x water dilution is advised.

(2). First, use a 50-grit diamond grinding disc for wet grinding to ensure the ground surface is level. Maintain a safe distance of about 5 cm from walls during grinding, avoiding getting too close. Employ a "bidirectional" grinding technique—grinding longitudinally first, then horizontally. After completing the grinding, thoroughly clean the dust from the ground.

(3). Proceed with wet grinding using a 50-grit resin grinding disc, ensuring the removal of shallow scratches on the surface. Continue with the "bidirectional" grinding method, and during this phase, it is permissible to grind closer to the walls. Next, switch to dry grinding with 100-grit and 200-grit resin grinding discs (also using the "bidirectional" grinding approach).

(4). Apply the product by roller or sprayer on dry ground, then use a microfiber mop to evenly cover the surface completely. Keep the ground moist for 30-60 minutes, and reapply the product in areas where drying occurs quickly. Proceed according to the on-site

ventilation conditions, waiting 2-4 hours before proceeding to the next step.

(5). Use 400-grit resin grinding pads for dry grinding. Typically at this stage, all voids and pores on the ground have been filled and sealed by the liquid hardener. Perform "bi-directional" grinding, then use 800-grit resin grinding pads for fine grinding. After grinding with 800-grit pads, polish with a buffing pad.

Note:1. Before each treatment, the floor should be thoroughly cleaned with a vacuum cleaner before proceeding to the next step.

2. During the fine polishing stage, ensure the floor is completely dry (approximately 60 minutes). Use a soft (white) polishing pad or specialized resin polishing method depending on the desired gloss level. This process can be repeated 2-3 times.

3. Before commencing the grinding work, it is advisable to conduct a test on a 5㎡ area of the floor to assess tool wear, determine the amount of sealer/hardener required, and evaluate the post-construction effect.

VI. Recommended Complementary Products:

The following floor base layers are recommended for compatible use: cement-based wear-resistant flooring, cement-based terrazzo flooring.

VII. Health and Safety %% To prevent skin and eye contact with the liquid hardener, workers should wear protective clothing, waterproof gloves, goggles, and masks before construction. If the product splashes onto the skin, immediately wash it off with warm water, soapy water, or other suitable cleaning agents. If it gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.：

Eight、Storage：

Ata temperature of 25℃, it can be stored for at least 12 months. Store in the original sealed container, keeping the storage area cool and dry. Prevent the packaging container from freezing. The storage temperature must not be lower than5℃。
