Product Introduction
This product is a new type of polyurethane system that uses water instead of organic solvents as a dispersion medium. It features strong adhesion, high hardness, and good scratch resistance, suitable for topcoating over cement-based substrates and floor finishes.

Topcoating over floor finishes (epoxy flat coating, epoxy self-leveling, epoxy colored quartz, epoxy terrazzo, etc.).
Topcoating over cement-based substrates (cement self-leveling, artistic flooring, sealed hardener,金刚砂 floor, etc.).

Surface Preparation
Substrate moisture content must be below 8%. The substrate must be fully treated, kept clean and dry before application; remove dust, oil, acid, alkali, and water. The underlying coating must be dry and dense before applying the topcoat.
Dust removal: Use compressed air to blow clean, or sweep with a clean broom.
Application Conditions
Optimal application temperature is 10℃ to 30℃. Relative humidity must be below 80%. Avoid application in rain, snow, or fog. Provide adequate ventilation in confined spaces.
Application Methods
Air spraying or roller coating. If special methods are required, please notify in advance so the company can adjust the formulation accordingly.
Application Parameters
Mixing ratio: Follow the ratio indicated on the packaging. Use a power stirrer to thoroughly mix the base material.
Thinner: Not required (no thinning).
Pot life: Use within 1 hour after mixing (at 23±2℃). Generally, the pot life halves for every 10℃ increase in temperature, and doubles for every 10℃ decrease.
Induction time: After mixing components A and B at the specified ratio, stir with a power mixer for about 5 minutes before application.
Spray pressure: 0.4–0.6 MPa (air spraying).
Tool cleaning: Clean tap water.
Recoat interval: Minimum recoat interval: 10 h; Maximum recoat interval: 168 h (under standard conditions).
