Product Introduction
This is a waterborne two-component epoxy floor primer. The coating is environmentally friendly, non-polluting, and meets environmental protection requirements.
Product Uses
Suitable for concrete substrate treatment before floor coating application. After application, it penetrates well into the substrate, anchors loose surfaces, and provides a surface with good anti-permeability, easy cleaning, and excellent adhesion for subsequent coatings.
Product Features
Safe, environmentally friendly, low odor. Strong permeability and sealing properties for concrete, reinforces substrate hardness, and provides excellent adhesion.

Surface Preparation
All surfaces to be coated shall be clean, dry, sound, free of grease and other contaminants. Surfaces treated with concrete hardeners must be sanded. Concrete surfaces should have a certain degree of cleanliness and be free of cracks, honeycombs, pitting, unevenness, or loose stones; otherwise, use mortar to level. Cracks or uneven areas should be first cut into a "V" shape, then apply a sealing primer, and after the primer dries, scrape the surface smooth with mortar. If old paint films exist, all loosely attached old coatings must be removed.
Application Conditions
Optimal application temperature is 10℃ to 30℃; application below 5℃ is prohibited. Relative humidity must be below 80%. Avoid application in rain or snow. Provide adequate ventilation during application and curing in confined spaces. The substrate surface must be dry and clean, concrete moisture content less than 8%, and substrate temperature at least 3℃ above the dew point.
Application Methods
Roller coating, trowel coating, or spray coating. If special methods are required, please notify in advance so the company can adjust the product accordingly.
Application Parameters
Mixing ratio: Follow the ratio indicated on the packaging. Mix only as much as needed. First mix components A and B thoroughly, then add water and stir. Do not add all three components simultaneously. Use an electric stirrer to mix for 3–5 minutes until uniform. Use within the pot life to avoid gelation waste.
Thinner: Clean tap water.
Thinning ratio: Generally 50–100% of the base paint volume.
Pot life: 45 minutes after mixing (at 23℃), shortened as temperature rises.
Induction time: Allow to stand for 5 minutes after mixing before application.
Spray pressure: Not applicable.
Tool cleaning: Clean tap water.
Recoat interval: Not specified (no data provided).
