Product Introduction
This product offers high adhesion to a wide range of substrates, with excellent cured film properties. It contains no organic solvents, allows fast and convenient application, provides a smooth and glossy surface, and can achieve either high-gloss or semi-gloss finishes.
Product Uses
Suitable for clean-floor applications in various factories, warehouses, basements, etc., as well as for wear-resistant areas such as plazas, corridors, stairways, shopping malls, and driveways.
Product Features
Contains no organic solvents, saves energy, and meets environmental requirements.
Excellent workability; tools can be cleaned directly with water. Superior permeability, no blistering, peeling, or cracking. Compensates for the water-sensitivity weakness of solvent-based and solvent-free epoxy floor coatings.
Physical Properties

Surface Preparation
All surfaces to be coated shall be clean, dry, sound, free of grease and other contaminants. The surface must be free of cracks, honeycombs, pitting, or unevenness; otherwise, use mortar and filler to level. Cracks or uneven areas should be first cut into a "V" shape, then apply a sealing primer, and after the primer dries, scrape the surface smooth with mortar. If old paint films exist, all loosely attached old coatings must be removed.
Application Conditions
Optimal application temperature is 10℃ to 30℃; application below 5℃ is prohibited. Relative humidity must be below 80%. Avoid application in rain or snow. Provide adequate ventilation during application and curing in confined spaces. The substrate surface must be dry and clean, concrete moisture content less than 8%, and substrate temperature at least 3℃ above the dew point.
Application Methods
Spraying or roller coating. If special methods are required, please notify in advance so the company can adjust the product accordingly.
Application Parameters
Mixing ratio: Follow the ratio indicated on the packaging. Mix only as much as needed, and use an electric stirrer to mix thoroughly for 3–5 minutes until uniform. Use within the pot life to avoid gelation waste.
Thinner: Clean tap water.
Thinning ratio: Generally 15–20% of the base paint volume.
Pot life: 30 minutes after mixing (at 23℃), shortened as temperature rises.
Induction time: After mixing components A and B at the specified ratio, allow to stand for 5 minutes before application.
Spray pressure: 0.4–0.6 MPa (airless spraying).
Tool cleaning: Clean tap water.
Recoat interval: Drying time is affected by ventilation, temperature, film thickness, number of coats, etc. Typical data below are based on good ventilation (outdoor or natural air flow):
Minimum recoat interval: 24 h
Maximum recoat interval: 7 days (under standard conditions).
