Product Introduction:

The paint film of this product exhibits excellent surface appearance and decorative properties, and can be applied to textile machinery, papermaking machinery, and non-mobile production equipment in factories according to customers' varying requirements.

Product Features:

1. The surface finish of this product depends on the application method; mixed application methods should be avoided as much as possible.

2.This product must be used with PU6001 special thinner. Using other thinners, especially those containing alcohol-based solvents, will severely affect the curing process of the paint film.

Construction Conditions:

Surface Preparation—Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm, free from oil, rust, and other contaminants. If steel surfaces have oil, old paint residues, or weld burrs, mechanical treatment is required (if conditions permit, sandblasting or shot blasting is preferred for rust removal), aiming for a surface cleanliness level of Sa2.5 or higher (Sa3.0).

Handling of floating dust – Use a compressed air gun to blow it clean or sweep it clean with a clean brush.

Old paint film treatment – Remove it with a scraper, then fill and sand it smooth, or use other methods as appropriate.

Grease treatment – First clean with a thinner or use other methods, then wipe it clean with a clean cloth. If conditions permit, wash with dilute acid first, then rinse with clean water, and finally air-dry or bake-dry.

Construction Environment——The optimal application temperature for this product is between 5℃ and 40℃. Relative humidity must be below 80%, and application should be avoided during rain, snow, or fog to prevent contact with water. Adequate ventilation must be provided during application and drying in confined spaces. The surface to be applied must be dry and clean, with the substrate temperature at least 3℃ above the dew point.

Mixing Ratio——Follow the ratio indicated on the packaging.

Application Method——Apply via air spraying or brushing. For special application methods (such as airless spray or roller coating), please notify in advance so the company can adjust the formulation accordingly.

Dilution ratio—Generally 10-30% of the paint quantity used.

Gel time—5℃ (16h), 15℃ (6h), 25℃ (3h), 40℃ (1h).

Curing time—Mix components A and B in the specified ratio and stir for about 10 minutes before application. Allow to cure for 10-20 minutes before use.

Spray gun pressure — 4-6 kg

Preventive Measures:

To avoid skin and eye contact with paint, wear appropriate work clothes, gloves, protective goggles, and masks before construction. If paint splashes onto the skin, immediately wash it off with warm water, soapy water, or other suitable cleaning agents. If paint enters the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.

Ensure good ventilation at the construction site. Wear an air mask during spray painting to prevent inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist. Never pour coatings into sewers or drainage pipes.

This product is flammable. Keep away from open flames during storage and application. Smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site. Store the product out of reach of children.

Emergency response:

In case of skin contact: Rinse thoroughly with water.

If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Seek medical advice./Medical attention。

Storage:

Ata temperature of 25℃, it can be stored for at least 12 months, after which it should be checked before use. Store in a dry, ventilated, shaded area away from fire and heat sources.
