Product Introduction:

The paint film of this product has excellent appearance and decorative properties, and can be applied to textile machinery, papermaking machinery, and non-mobile production equipment in factories according to customer requirements.

Product Features:

1. The surface finish of this product depends on the application method. Mixed application methods should be avoided as much as possible.

2.This product must be applied with PU6001 special thinner. Using other thinners, especially those containing alcohol solvents, will seriously affect the curing process of the paint film.

Construction Conditions:,

Surface Treatment — Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm, free from oil, rust, and other contaminants. If there are issues such as oil stains, old paint flakes, or weld burrs on the steel surface, mechanical methods should be used for treatment (where possible, sandblasting or shot blasting is preferred for rust removal), aiming to achieve Sa2.5 or higher (Sa3.0).

Dust Removal — Use a compressed air gun to blow off dust or sweep clean with a soft brush.

Old Paint Film Treatment: Use a scraper to remove, then fill and sand smooth, or employ other methods as appropriate.

Grease Treatment: First, clean with a solvent or use other methods, then wipe with a clean cloth. If conditions permit, wash with dilute acid first, rinse with clean water, and then air-dry or oven-dry.

Construction Environment – The optimal application temperature for this product is between 5℃ and 40℃. Relative humidity must be below 80%. Avoid application during rain, snow, or fog, and prevent contact with water. Ensure adequate ventilation in confined spaces during both application and drying periods. The surface to be treated must be dry and clean, with substrate temperature at least 3℃ above the dew point.

Mixing Ratio — Refer to the ratio indicated on the packaging.

Application Method — Air spraying or brushing. If using a special application method (such as high-pressure airless spraying or roller coating), please inform in advance. The company will adjust the formula accordingly.

Thinning Ratio — Typically 10-30% of the paint volume used.

Gelation time—5℃ (16h), 15℃ (6h), 25℃ (3h), 40℃ (1h).

Curing time—Mix components A and B in the specified ratio and stir for about 10 minutes before application. Allow to cure for 10-20 minutes before use.

Preventive Measures:

To avoid skin and eye contact with paint, wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and masks before starting work. If paint splashes onto the skin, wash immediately with warm water, soap, or other suitable cleansers. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.

The construction site should be well-ventilated. Wear an air mask during spraying operations to prevent inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist. Never pour paint into sewers or drainage pipes.

This product is flammable and should be kept away from open flames during storage and application. Smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site. The product should be stored out of reach of children.

Accident Response:

In case of skin contact: Rinse thoroughly with water.

If it gets into the eyes: Rinse carefully with water for several minutes. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Seek medical advice/Seek medical attention。

Storage:

AtIt can be stored for at least 12 months at 25℃, after which it should be checked before use. Store in a dry, ventilated, shaded place, away from fire and heat sources.
