Product Introduction:
The various colors of fluorocarbon topcoat are a two-component paint, requiring the addition of another component (hardener) according to the specified ratio before use. It boasts excellent anti-aging properties, UV resistance, pollution resistance, and outstanding chemical corrosion resistance. It is applied in a wide range of corrosive atmospheric environments, such as highway guardrails, highway bridges, railway bridges, and outdoor signage, meeting the topcoat's requirements for durability and weather resistance.
Product Features:
1. The gloss and surface finish depend on the application method. Avoid mixing multiple application methods as much as possible. The best gloss and appearance can be achieved using the traditional air spray method.
2. When applied over aged coatings, interlayer adhesion may decrease, but it can still meet the needs of the specified applications.
This product must be diluted with the recommended thinner. Using other thinners, especially those containing alcohol, will severely affect the curing mechanism of the coating.
3. The surface temperature must always be maintained at least 3 degrees Celsius above the dew point.
4. When used in enclosed spaces, ensure adequate ventilation is maintained.
5. If moisture condensation occurs during or immediately after application, it may cause loss of surface gloss and deterioration of the film quality.
6. Contact with standing water before full curing may lead to discoloration, particularly with dark colors and under low-temperature conditions.
7. This product is not suitable for underwater use. During mixing or application, solvent splashing may occur. Please contact our company for information regarding applicability.

Construction reference:
Surface treatment – The surface to be coated must be dry, clean, and free from contamination.
The pre-coated primer surface must have the fluorocarbon topcoat applied over the recommended rust-proof paint. The primer surface should be dry and free from contamination. Application must occur within the specified recoating interval. Areas showing peeling or damage should be treated, with anti-corrosion primer reapplied to these sections before applying the topcoat.
Construction - This product is packaged in two cans. When using, it must be mixed in pairs according to the specified ratio, and used up within the prescribed mixing period. Thoroughly stir the base material (A) with a power tool, then mix all the curing agent (B) with the base material (A) and stir thoroughly with a power tool. Add an appropriate amount of special thinner for fluorocarbon paint and mix well.
Mixing Ratio – Mass ratio A:B = 10:1.2 (Refer to packaging for specifics)

Thinner——Special fluorocarbon paint thinner
Work Suspension——Do not leave paint in the paint tube, spray gun, or spraying equipment. Thoroughly rinse the equipment with the dedicated thinner. If the work suspension is prolonged, it is recommended to use freshly mixed paint when resuming work.
Cleaning——Clean all equipment with acrylic thinner after use. During daily operations, regularly clean all equipment based on factors such as the amount sprayed, temperature, spraying duration, including interruptions.
All remaining paint and empty containers should be disposed of in accordance with laws/regulations.
Compatible Products:
Fluorocarbon Paint Primer 1 x 50 microns (dry film thickness)
Epoxy Iron Oxide Intermediate Coat 1 x 100 microns (dry film thickness)
Fluorocarbon topcoat 1 x 40 microns (dry film thickness)
Other supporting measures can be formulated based on specific circumstances.
Accident Response:
To avoid skin and eye contact with paint, wear protective clothing, gloves, safety goggles, and masks before construction. If paint splashes onto the skin, immediately wash it off with warm water, soapy water, or other appropriate cleaning agents. If paint gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.
The construction site should be well-ventilated, and an air mask must be worn during spraying to prevent inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist. Do not pour the paint into sewers or drainage pipes.
This product is flammable. Keep it away from open flames during storage and construction, and smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site. The product should be stored out of reach of children.
Storage:
It can be stored for at least 12 months at 25°C, after which it should be inspected before use. Store in a dry, ventilated, shaded area, away from fire and heat sources.
