Product Introduction:

This product is composed of alkyd resin, lightfast pigments, additives, etc., featuring a smooth and uniform film surface with excellent decorative properties. It can be applied to general large machinery and equipment with minimal movement according to different customer requirements.

Product Features:

1. This product can withstand certain corrosive substances such as water, dilute acids, and dilute alkalis.

2. This product features fast drying and convenient application.

Application Guidelines:

Surface Preparation—Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, smooth, and firm, free from contaminants such as grease and rust. If there are issues like grease, old paint residues, or weld burrs on the steel surface, mechanical treatment should be applied (if possible, abrasive blasting or shot blasting can be used for rust removal on steel surfaces), requiring a standard of Sa2.5 or higher (Sa3.0). If a primer has already been applied, ensure it is completely dry before applying the topcoat.

Dust Removal—If there is loose dust on the substrate surface or on a primed surface, it should be removed using a compressed air gun or a clean brush.

Application Environment—The optimal application temperature for this product is between 5°C and 40°C. Relative humidity must be below 80%. Avoid application during rain, snow, or fog, and prevent contact with water. Adequate ventilation must be provided during application and drying in confined spaces. The application surface must be dry and clean, with the substrate temperature at least 3°C above the dew point.

Application Method – Air spraying or brushing. If special application methods (such as airless spraying or roller coating) are used, prior notification is required so the company can make adjustments accordingly.

Accident Response:

To prevent skin and eye contact with paint, wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and masks before construction. If paint splashes on the skin, immediately wash with warm water, soapy water, or other appropriate cleansers. If paint gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.

The construction site should be well-ventilated, and air masks must be worn during spraying operations to prevent inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist. Never pour the paint into sewers or drainage pipes.

This product is flammable and should be kept away from open flames during storage and application. Smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site. The product should be stored out of reach of children.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place. The product has a shelf life of one year (can be reused after passing quality inspection if stored beyond one year).
