Product Overview:
Moisture-curing epoxy primer is a two-component coating formulated by mixing epoxy resin, anti-corrosion pigments, additives, organic solvents, curing agents, etc. This product features excellent permeability, leveling properties, outstanding adhesion, fast curing speed, and superior anti-corrosion performance. It is suitable for damp or water-bearing cement and steel surfaces. During the initial construction phase before complete curing, the coating can be immersed in water and will continue to cure underwater.

Construction Reference:
Surface Preparation—— Steel surfaces must be free of oil and other contaminants, while concrete must have cured for at least 28 days without looseness. Application on damp surfaces is permissible, but standing water must not be present.
Dust Removal—— Use compressed air guns to blow away dust or clean with a dry brush.
Old Paint Film Treatment—— Remove with a scraper, then fill and sand smooth, or employ other methods as appropriate.
Treatment of grease – First remove or treat with a thinner, then wipe clean with a clean cloth. If conditions permit, wash with dilute acid first, rinse with clean water, and then air dry or oven dry.
Construction Environment – The substrate temperature should be between 5°C and 40°C. When painting in enclosed spaces, adequate ventilation must be ensured to allow the paint film to dry properly. Before the solvents have fully evaporated from the paint film, avoid exposure to hot air to prevent surface skinning and solvent retention. The coating must not be subjected to external forces until it is fully cured.
Mixing ratio — follow the ratio indicated on the packaging.
Construction method: Spray or brush application. If special application methods (such as airless spray or roller coating) are used, it should be specified in advance, and the company will adjust the formula accordingly. Roller coating is acceptable. However, when using roller coating, care should be taken to ensure sufficient paint quantity to achieve the specified dry film thickness.
Dilution ratio: Generally 10-30% of the paint volume used.
Gel time——23°C, 6 hours (shortens with increasing temperature).
Curing time——Mix components A and B thoroughly according to the ratio, then cure for 30 minutes before use.
Spray gun pressure——4-6 kg
Tool cleaning——Use the designated thinner.

Recommended matching products:
Moisture-cured epoxy primer 100Micron(Dry film thickness)
Optional post-coating options: such as epoxy paint, polyurethane paint, etc.
Other matching systems can be customized based on specific requirements.
Health and Safety:
To avoid contact of paint with skin and eyes, wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and masks before construction. If paint splashes on the skin, immediately wash it off with warm water, soapy water, or other appropriate cleaning agents. If it gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.
The construction site should be well-ventilated. Wear an air mask during spraying to prevent inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist. Never pour the coating into sewers or drainage pipes.
This product is flammable. Keep it away from open flames during storage and construction, and smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site. Store the product out of reach of children.
Storage:
Ata temperature of 25°C, it can be stored for at least 12 months, after which it should be checked before use. Store in a dry, ventilated, shaded place, away from fire and heat sources.
Note:
The above information and data are based on laboratory tests and experimental experience. Due to individual circumstances (such as construction processes, testing methods, or coating improvements, etc.), the data may vary.
