Product Overview:
High-adhesion epoxy primer is a two-component coating formulated with modified epoxy resin, pigments and fillers, adhesion promoters, rust and corrosion inhibitors, toughening agents, organic solvents, and various additives. This product exhibits excellent adhesion, alkali resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, and outstanding rust-proof performance on surfaces such as stainless steel, galvanized sheets, and aluminum. It can serve as a primer for corrosion protection in various chemical machinery, high-voltage switches, transformers, and other applications.
Application Guidelines:
Surface Preparation——All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry, and free from contaminants. The surface should be evaluated and treated according to the international standard ISO 8504. For steel with shop primer, ensure it is clean, dry, intact, and approved.
Dust Removal——Use a compressed air gun to blow off dust or sweep with a clean brush.
Old Paint Film Treatment——Remove with a scraper, then fill and smooth by sanding, or adopt other methods as appropriate.
Grease Treatment——First clean with a thinner or other methods, then wipe with a clean cloth. If conditions allow, wash with dilute acid first, rinse with water, and then air-dry or bake.
Construction Environment - The optimal application temperature for this product is between 5°C and 40°C. Relative humidity must be below 80%. Avoid application during rainy, snowy, or foggy weather, and prevent contact with water. Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying in confined spaces. The construction surface must be dry and clean, with substrate temperature at least 3°C above the dew point.
Mixing ratio—follow the proportion indicated on the packaging.
Construction Method — Recommended Approach: Air Spraying, Roller Coating.
Brush Application: Recommended for pre-coating and small-area painting, but the specified dry film thickness must be achieved.
Dilution ratio—generally 10-30% of the paint used
Gel time - 23℃, 6 hours (shortens as temperature increases)
Curing time - Mix components A and B evenly according to the ratio, then cure for 30 minutes before use.
Spray gun pressure - 4-6 kg
Tool cleaning - Use matching thinner

Recommended supporting products:
High-adhesion epoxy primer 50μDry film thickness
Optional topcoat options: epoxy, acrylic, vinyl, polyurethane, etc.
Non-selectable topcoat: alkyd, epoxy ester
Other supporting systems can be formulated based on specific conditions
Health and Safety:
To prevent skin and eye contact with paint, wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and masks before application. If paint splashes onto the skin, immediately wash with warm water, soapy water, or other appropriate cleaners. If it gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly.
The construction site should be well-ventilated, and an air mask must be worn during spraying to prevent inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist. Do not pour the paint into sewers or drainage pipes.
This product is flammable. Keep away from open flames during storage and application, and smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site. Store the product out of reach of children.
Storage:
AtIt can be stored for at least 12 months at a temperature of 25℃, after which it should be inspected before use. Store in a dry, ventilated, shaded area, away from fire and heat sources.
Notes:
The above information and data are based on laboratory tests and experimental experience. Data may vary due to individual circumstances (such as construction techniques, testing methods, or paint improvements, etc.).
