This product is formulated with phenolic epoxy resin, incorporating a newly modified conductive polymer andconductive materials, combining the advantages of both doped conductivity and intrinsic conductivity. It is specificallydesigned for conductive heavy-duty anti-corrosion powder coatings. The product features high reactivity, excellentadhesion, and a high cross-linking density, resulting in a coating film withbonding strength chemical resistance,solvent resistance, cathodic disbondment resistance, excellent flexibility, impact resistance, and otherproperties.bonding strength.
Special Anti-Static Anti-Corrosion Coating for Coal Mine Gas Ventilation and Extraction Pipelines.
1. Exhibits excellent bonding strength with the substrate;
2. First application of a new material combining intrinsic conductivity and doped conductivity;3. Excellent coating conductivity, with surface resistance of the coating reaching 10^5;
4. The coating exhibits excellent resistance to high-temperature cathodic disbondment;
5. Low melting temperature, high reactivity, high curing completion rate, and good mechanical properties;
6. Addition of composite flame retardant provides a certain flame retardant effect.

low-temperature curing | 130°C | 15min |
High temperature curing | 200~230°C | 3~1.5min |
Note: The recommended curing conditions all refer to the workpiece temperature. Deviations from the specifiedtemperature range may affect the performance of the coating or prevent it from fully developing. Medium-frequencyheating curing or other heating methods can be used for curing.
1. Applicable EquipmentProcesses such as triboelectric spraying, corona electrostatic spraying, suction coating.
dip coating, roller coating, etc.
2. Coating Thickness - Can be adjusted between 250-450 m according to workpiece requirements.
1. This product is non-toxic and non-flammable, but please comply with the GB15607-1995 Safety Regulations forCoating Operations during use.
1. This product is not recommended for outdoor use of workpieces, as it may cause fading and powderingphenomena;
2. The steel pipe surface should be free from oil stains and moisture, with surface treatment quality reaching Sa21/2grade (GB/T8923). The roughness depth should ideally be 40~ 100um, and any dust or abrasive particles adhering tothe pipe surface must be thoroughly blown clean.
3. Preheating: The temperature should be controlled between 180~ 250°C and must not exceed 250°C
4. Powder products should be stored indoors in a well-ventilated, dry area with temperatures below 30°C, away fromheat sources, corrosive chemicals, and chemical solvents, and protected from strong light exposure. The maximumstacking height should not exceed five layers. Avoid prolonged pressure, ensure the packaging boxes are tightlysealed to prevent clumping and moisture absorption, which may affect fluidization performance.
5. To ensure thorough curing of the epoxy coating and maximize its anti-corrosion performance, it is recommendedto preheat the steel pipe surface temperature above 200°C, which can significantly improve the curing completionrate.
