Curing temperature: 180 ~ 230°C/3 ~ 1.5min (medium frequency heating curing)Note: The recommended curing conditions all refer to the workpiece temperature. Deviations in temperature mayaffect the performance of the coating or prevent it from being fully realized.
1. Applicable Equipment Friction Charged Spraying, Corona Electrostatic Spraying2. Film Thickness Adjustable between 120-150um according to workpiece requirements
1. This product should be stored under dry conditions below 30°C for 6 months;
2. After use, the paint must be immediately resealed to prevent moisture from affecting the powder's performance;3. Packaging: 20kg carton lined with plastic bag.
1. This product is non-toxic and non-flammable, but please comply with the GB15607-1995 safety regulations forpaint application operations when using it.
1. Different types of powders should not be mixed, and outdoor use is not recommended;
2. If exposed outdoors for extended periods, fading and chalking may occur.
3. The steel pipe surface shall be free from oil stains and moisture, with surface treatment reaching Sa21/2 grade(GB/T8923). The anchor pattern depth should be 40-100um, and dust or abrasives adhering to the pipe surface shallbe thoroughly blown clean;
4. The powder should be stored indoors in a well-ventilated, dry area with temperatures below 30°C, away from heatsources, corrosive chemicals, and chemical solvents, avoiding strong light exposure; the maximum stacking heightshould not exceed five layers, avoid prolonged pressure, ensure the packaging boxes are tighty sealed to preventclumping and moisture absorption, which may affect fluidization performance.
5. To ensure thorough curing of the epoxy coating and optimal corrosion resistance, it is recommended to preheatthe steel pipe surface temperature to above 190°C, thereby improving the curing completion rate.
