Curing temperature: 210~250°C/3~1.5min
Note: The recommended curing conditions refer to the workpiece temperature, and temperature deviations mayaffect the performance of the coating or prevent it from being fully realized.
1. Applicable Equipment Processes such as triboelectric spraying, corona electrostatic spraying, dip coating, etc.
2. Coating Thickness Can be adjusted between 120~250um according to workpiece requirements.
1. This product is non-toxic and non-combustible, but please comply with the GB15607-1995 Safety Regulations forCoating Operations when using it.
1. This product is not recommended for outdoor use on workpieces, as it may lead to fading, chalking, and otherphenomena.
2. The surface oxide scale of the reinforcement is completely removed, exposing the original metal color; the surfaceroughness treatment quality meets the standard and should be 50-70 um; the rust removal grade reaches Sa21/2, withno chloride or other attachments on the reinforcement surface.
3. Preheating: Temperature should be controlled between 220~ 245°C;
4. Powder products should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry indoor environment with temperatures below 27°C,away from heat sources, corrosive chemicals, and chemical solvents, avoiding strong light exposure; the maximumstacking height should not exceed 5 layers; avoid prolonged pressure to ensure the packaging remains sealed.preventing clumping and moisture absorption which could affect fluidization performance;
5. Due to the product's high reactivity, the recommended storage period is up to three months at 27°C for optimalperformance. If used beyond this period, prior verification of its properties is necessary.
