High temperature curing | 200~230°C | 3~1.5min |
Note: The recommended curing conditions refer to the workpiece temperature; deviations above or below thespecified temperature will affect the coating's performance or prevent it from being fully realized. Medium-frequencyheating curing or other heating methods can be used for curing.
1. Applicable equipment-friction electrification spraying, corona electrostatic spraying, dip coating, and otherprocesses
2. Coating thickness - Adjustable between 150 ~ 450um according to workpiece requirements
1. This product is non-toxic and non-flammable, but please comply with the GB15607-1995 safety regulations forpaint coating operations during use.
1. This product is not recommended for outdoor use, as it may cause fading and powdering phenomena. %% 2. Thesteel pipe surface should be free of oil stains and moisture, with surface treatment quality reaching Sa23 gradeGB/T8923). The roughness depth should be 40-100 um, and any dust or abrasive particles on the steel pipe surfaceshould be thoroughly blown clean. %% 3. Preheating: The temperature should be controlled between 180-240°C.
2. The steel pipe surface shall be free of oil stains and moisture, with surface treatment quality reaching Sa21/2 grade(GB/T8923). The anchor patter depth should be 40~100 um, and dust and abrasive particles attached to the pipesurface shall be thoroughly blown clean.
3. Preheating: Temperature should be controlled between 180~240°C.
4. Powder products should be stored indoors in a well-ventilated, dry environment with temperatures below 30°C,away from heat sources, corrosive chemicals, and chemical solvents, and protected from strong light exposure. Themaximum stacking height should not exceed 4 layers. Avoid prolonged pressure to ensure the packaging remainssealed, preventing clumping and moisture absorption, which could affect fluidization performance.
5. To ensure thorough curing of the epoxy coating and maximize its anti-corrosion performance, it is recommendedto preheat the steel pipe surface to a temperature above 200°C, which significantly improves the curing completionrate.
