This dual-layer epoxy powder system is meticulously designed using epoxy resin and curing agents. The primer coatoffers excellent anti-corrosion performance, similar to other epoxy anti-corrosion powder coatings, while the outercoat enhances protective properties while maintaining corrosion resistance. Compared to three -layer PE structures, itdelivers superior anti-corrosion performance at a lower overall cost.
Suitable for complex corrosive environments, especially for pipelines crossing through mountains, rivers, and hilyareas.
1. Excellent bonding force between the base layer and substrate, as well as between epoxy layers Excellentadhesivestrength;
2. Possessesoutstandingexcellent anti-permeability and corrosion resistance, with high curing completion rate;
3. The outer coating has high hardness, strong density, scratch resistance, and excellent resistance to plant rootpenetration;
4. The coating exhibits outstanding resistance to high-temperature cathodic disbondment and superior mechanicalproperties.

Curing temperature: 200 - 230°C/3 - 1.5min (medium frequency heating curing)Note: The recommended curing conditions all refer to workpiece temperature. Deviations above or below thistemperature range will affect the coating's performance or prevent it from being fully realized.
1. Applicable Equipment - Triboelectric Spraying, Corona Electrostatic Spraying2. Film Thickness - Adjustable between 250-500um based on workpiece requirements.
1. Store this product in a dry condition below 30°C for 6 months;
2. The used coating must be resealed immediately to prevent moisture absorption, which may affect its performance;
3. Packaging: 20kg carton lined with plastic bag
1. This product is non-toxic and non-flammable, but please comply with the GB15607-1995 safety regulations forcoating operations during use.
1. This product is not recommended for outdoor use of workpieces, as it may lead to fading and powderingphenomena;
2. The surface of the steel pipe should be free of oil and moisture, with surface treatment quality reaching Sa21/2grade (GB/T8923). The anchor pattern depth should be between 40 to 100 um, and any dust or abrasive particlesadhering to the steel pipe surface must be thoroughly cleaned by blowing.
3. The product should be stored indoors in a well-ventilated, dry environment with a temperature below 30°C, awayfrom heat sources, corrosive chemicals, and chemical solvents, and protected from strong light exposure. Themaximum stacking height should not exceed five layers. Avoid prolonged pressure to ensure the packaging remainstightly sealed, preventing clumping and moisture absorption, which could affect fluidization performance.
