Product Introduction
This product is a one-component coating with fast drying speed and easy application, suitable for traffic markings on cement and asphalt pavements.

Product Uses
Suitable for traffic markings on cement and asphalt pavements, as well as for airports, parking lots, warehouses, docks, and other places requiring marking.

Product Features
Fast drying, clear markings, tough film, strong adhesion, excellent abrasion resistance, good water resistance, alkali resistance, and weatherability. Easy to apply, and can be applied by various methods.

Surface Preparation
Before application, the ground must be swept clean to remove dust and debris, so as not to affect the adhesion between the film and the road surface.

Application Conditions
The moisture content of the road surface must be below 8%. The surface must be fully treated and kept clean and dry before application. Remove dust, oil, and acid/alkali/water contamination.

Application Methods
Roller coating, spray coating, or brush coating. If special application methods are required, please notify in advance so that the company can adjust the product accordingly.

Application Parameters

1. Thinner – Company's special thinner for road marking paint.

2. Thinning ratio – Generally 10–20% of the base paint volume.

3. Spray gun pressure – 0.4–0.6 MPa (for air spraying).

4. Tool cleaning – Use company's special thinner for road marking paint.

5. Coating interval – Drying time is affected by ventilation, temperature, film thickness, number of coats, etc. The typical data below are based on good ventilation (outdoor or natural air flow):

   • Minimum recoat interval: 15 min

   • Maximum recoat interval: none (no limit)

Recommended Supporting Products
Can be used with the company's epoxy floor sealing primer. For other supporting products, please consult the company's floor coating department.
