Painting Precautions:
1. Substrate Preparation: It is recommended to perform necessary rust and oil removal, as well as cleaning and drying of the substrate.
2. Application Environment: The ambient temperature should be ≥5℃, humidity ≤85%, and the surface temperature of the workpiece ≥5℃.
3. Application Methods: Airless spraying, air spraying, brushing, and roller coating.
4. Dilution Ratio: Mix with clean tap water at 5% to 15%, stirring until the desired application viscosity is achieved.
Coating system:
For optimal decorative and protective effects, it is recommended to apply this product after strengthening the rusted substrate with a water-based rust converter.
