Product Description:

It is a single-component coating composed of modified acrylic emulsion, water-resistant additives, water, etc. It features excellent environmental friendliness and weather resistance, along with good adhesion, water resistance, and drying performance. Easy to use, it can be applied in various forms.

Product Usage:

Suitable for traffic signs along urban road curbs.

Theoretical Coverage: 4-5 m²/kg (based on 50 microns dry film thickness, varies with different colors)
Drying Time: Touch dry in 1 hour

Construction Process:

  1. Substrate preparation   
All surfaces to be painted should be clean, dry, firm, free of grease, contaminants, and smooth.
 2. Thinner
0-10% clean tap water
 3. Painting environment
The suitable construction temperature ranges from 10 to 35°C. Construction becomes more difficult at lower or higher temperatures, and the surface temperature of the substrate must be at least 3°C above the dew point.
Relative humidity should be less than 80%, as excessive humidity can lead to poor adhesion.
Good ventilation around the object to be painted is also essential.

 5. Cleaning
Tools must be cleaned immediately with thinner after use. It is recommended to periodically rinse painting tools during the construction process.

This product is intended for application only by professional applicators in the industrial sector, following the recommendations provided in this manual, the Material Safety Data Sheet, and the packaging container.
All work related to the application and use of this product shall be conducted in compliance with relevant national standards and regulations concerning safety, health, and environmental protection.
To avoid skin and eye contact with the paint, the use of appropriate personal protective equipment is required before application.
Adequate ventilation measures must be ensured at the application site.

Storage:

Store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated environment, away from heat sources and open flames. The recommended storage temperature is between 5°C and 35°C. The sealed storage period is 12 months. If the product exceeds the storage period, it can still be used if it meets the standard requirements upon testing.
