Construction Technology:
1, Substrate Treatment
All steel surfaces or primer surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry, and free from contamination. Prior to painting, all surfaces must be evaluated and treated according toISO 8504:1992standards.
If the surface to be coated has grease, it should be cleaned with solvent untilSSPC-SP1standard.
All cleanliness standards must be strictly adhered to when applying water-based coatings.
Abrasive blasting (shot blasting) treatment
Apply directly to the steel surface, with the steel surface sandblasted toSa2.5(ISO 8501-1:1988) orSSPC-SP6standard.
If oxidation occurs on the steel surface after sandblasting and before applying the water-based epoxy primer, re-sandblasting is requireduntil the specified visual standards are met before proceeding with construction.

Clean tap water or deionized water
3, Two-component mixing
This product comes in two separate cans and must always be mixed according to the specified ratio, then used up within the designated mixing period. The mixing period is not indicated by viscosity increase. Although under %% ℃ conditions, %% the mixture may still appear usable after hours, the protective properties of the paint have significantly diminished by then, making it unsuitable for further use. %% Thoroughly stir the base material ( %% ) with a power mixer until uniform;25、Mix the curing agent and base material according to the ratio, then thoroughly stir with a power mixer until uniform.6The mixture may still appear usable after a few hours, but the protective properties of the paint have significantly diminished by then, so it should no longer be used.
1、Stir the base material thoroughly with a power mixer () to achieve uniformity.);
2、Mix the curing agent and base material according to the ratio, then thoroughly stir with a power mixer until uniform.

Coating environmental requirements
Apply by air spray or airless spray method. Thoroughly rinse the equipment with tap water before use, followed by pure water.Rinse.
For maximum edge protection and film thickness, it is recommended to use air spray or airless spray.
During storage, water-based epoxy primer must always maintain a certain temperature to prevent freezing. It is recommended to storeThe temperature is 25.℃。
The minimum steel temperature during application must exceed5℃and be at least above the dew point.3℃。
The relative humidity during application should be below80%, otherwise the drying time and recoating time will be significantly extended; the relative humidity should be above 30%, otherwise the film-forming performance will be poor. The ambient temperature during application must be maintained between5℃and 35℃to achieve the optimal coating film condition. At a temperature of 30℃When the timing is right, good air circulation can be achieved.circulate to achieve a higher relative humidity.
After painting, good air circulation must be maintained around the coated object.
Small enclosed areas with poor ventilation should be brush-coated to prevent excessive film thickness.
The environmental temperature during application being lower than the minimum film-forming temperature of the coating or poor ventilation can result in poor film formation.Or the film may crack into a powdery state, in which case the old coating must be removed and reapplied.
When using water-based epoxy primer, its viscosity gradually increases over time after mixing. If it exceeds the specifiedpot life, the cured film performance will be affected and fail to meet the required standards.
Excessive thickness of water-based epoxy primer application will prolong the minimum recoating interval and drying time, and may adversely affect the recoating interval between layers.
For applications requiring durability, high gloss, color retention, and excellent decorative properties, the recommended topcoat should be applied.
Water-based epoxy primer may experience chalking and fading when exposed to the atmosphere, but this does not affect its anti-corrosion performance.

6, Cleaning
It is recommended to clean all equipment with purified water after construction is completed.
During the construction process, it is advisable to clean the equipment regularly based on factors such as the amount sprayed, temperature, and time.
Residual paint and packaging materials should be disposed of in accordance with relevant regional regulations.
