Polyester coil coating (one-component)

Product Introduction:

This product is composed of polyester resin, amino resin, high-quality pigments and fillers, additives, and solvents. It is suitable for various architectural, industrial, and metal sheet coil coating production lines.

Construction Conditions:

Construction Ambient Temperature5-35°C, with the substrate temperature at least 3°C higher than the dew point of the air. The moisture content of the base layer should be less than 8%, and the relative humidity of the atmosphere should be below 80%. The construction site must ensure ventilation and be dust-free. Newly poured concrete must undergo a curing period (3 weeks in summer, 6 weeks in winter), and the overall concrete strength must reach C25 or above before construction can proceed.

Substrate Treatment:

1. Substrate: Galvanized steel sheet, alloyed sheet, cold-rolled steel sheet, or aluminum sheet.

2. Pre-treatment: Alkaline degreasing (scrubbing) - water rinsing - chemical treatment - water rinsing - passivation - hot air drying。

Construction Conditions—Application Viscosity (Ford Cup No.4/25℃) 55～65s

Recommended Dry Film Thickness — (10～12)µm

PMT (Panel Temperature) —— (216～232)℃

Thinner and Dilution Ratio: Use specialized thinner with a dilution ratio of (5～20)% (by mass). Avoid excessive dilution. Clean tools with thinner specifically for color-coated sheet paint.

Precautions:

Thoroughly wash skin after work. Wear protective gloves/Wear protective goggles / Wear a protective mask。

Incident Response:

To avoid skin and eye contact with paint, wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and masks before construction. If paint splashes on the skin, immediately wash it off with warm water, soapy water, or other appropriate cleaning agents. If it gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly.

The construction site should be well-ventilated, and an air mask must be worn during spray painting to prevent inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist. Never pour paint into sewers or drains.

This product contains flammable substances; keep away from open flames during storage and application, and smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site. Store the product out of reach of children.

Storage:

Store in a5-35cool, dry place at°C, and avoid heat sources and open flames. Containers must be kept tightly closed.
