Coil Modified Polyester Back Paint (One-component)

Product Introduction:

This product is composed of polyester resin, epoxy resin, amino resin, high-quality pigments and fillers, additives, and solvents. It is suitable for various architectural, industrial, and metal sheet coil coating production lines.

Construction conditions:

Construction Ambient Temperature5-35°C, with substrate temperature at least 3°C above the air dew point. Substrate moisture content should be less than 8%, relative humidity below 80%, and the construction site must ensure dust-free ventilation. Newly poured concrete must undergo a curing period (3 weeks in summer, 6 weeks in winter), with overall concrete strength reaching C25 or above before construction can proceed.

Substrate Treatment:

1. Substrates: Galvanized steel, alloy-coated steel, cold-rolled steel, or aluminum sheets.

2. Pre-treatment: Alkaline cleaning for degreasing (brushing) - water rinsing - chemical treatment - water rinsing - passivation - hot air drying.

Construction Conditions – Construction Viscosity (Tu-4 Cup/25°C) (45–50) s

Recommended Dry Film Thickness — (6～8) µm

PMT (Panel Temperature) — (216～232) ℃

Thinner and dilution ratio: Special thinner for color plate coatings, with a dilution ratio of (5～20)% (by mass). Avoid excessive dilution. Use the special thinner for color plate coatings to clean tools.

Preventive measures:

Wash skin thoroughly after work. Wear protective gloves./Wear protective goggles/protective mask。

Accident response:

To prevent skin and eye contact with paint, wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and masks before starting work. If paint splashes onto the skin, wash immediately with warm water, soapy water, or other suitable cleansers. If paint gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.

The construction site should be well-ventilated, and air masks must be worn during spray painting to prevent inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist. Do not pour paint into sewers or drain pipes.

This product contains flammable substances; keep away from open flames during storage and application. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the application area. Store out of reach of children.

Storage:

Store in a5-35cool, dry place at°C, away from heat sources and open flames. The container must remain tightly sealed.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and fire sources. The effective storage period is one year. It can be used after inspection if it exceeds the shelf life.
