Coil Epoxy Primer (One-component)

Product Introduction:

This product is composed of epoxy resin, amino resin, high-quality pigments and fillers, additives, and solvents. It is suitable for various architectural, industrial, and metal sheet coil coating production lines.

Construction conditions:

Construction Ambient Temperature5-35℃, with substrate temperature at least 3℃ above the dew point. The moisture content of the base should be less than 8%, and relative humidity below 80%. The construction site must ensure ventilation and be dust-free. Newly poured concrete requires a curing period (3 weeks in summer, 6 weeks in winter), with the overall concrete strength reaching C25 or higher before construction can proceed.

Substrate Treatment:

1. Substrate: Galvanized steel, alloyed steel, cold-rolled steel, or aluminum plate.

2. Pretreatment: Alkaline degreasing (scrubbing) - water rinsing - chemical treatment - water rinsing - passivation - hot air drying.

Thinner and Dilution Ratio: Special thinner for color-coated sheet paint, dilution ratio (5~20)% (by mass). Avoid excessive dilution. Use the dedicated thinner for color-coated sheet paint to clean tools.

Preventive Measures:

Thoroughly wash skin after work. Wear protective gloves./Wear protective goggles/face mask.。

Emergency response:

To avoid skin and eye contact with paint, wear work clothes, gloves, goggles, and masks before construction. If paint splashes onto the skin, immediately wash with warm water, soapy water, or other appropriate cleaning agents. If it gets into the eyes, rinse with copious amounts of clean water and seek prompt medical treatment.

The construction site should be well-ventilated, and an air mask must be worn during spraying to prevent inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist. Do not pour the paint into sewers or drains.

This product contains flammable substances and should be kept away from open flames during storage and application. Smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site. The product should be stored out of reach of children.

Storage:

Store in a5-35cool, dry place at ℃,and keep away from heat sources and open flames. The container must remain tightly sealed.
