Product Introduction:
This product series is a thermosetting powder coating made from saturated polyester resin, combined with corresponding curing agents, pigments, fillers, and other specialized additives. It features excellent weather resistance, UV resistance, and thermal stability.
Product Applications:
Suitable for highway guardrails, equipment, outdoor decorations, installations, hardware tools, household appliances, motorcycle and bicycle components, automotive parts, aluminum profiles, electrical cabinets, and various outdoor metal decorative protections.

Note: The recommended curing conditions refer to the workpiece temperature. Temperature deviations may affect paint performance or prevent full potential from being realized.
Construction Parameters:
1. Applicable Equipment - Friction Charging Spraying, Corona Electrostatic Spraying, Electrostatic Fluidized Bed
2. Coating thickness -- can be adjusted between 50～150um according to workpiece requirements.
3. Coverage -- 8~11㎡/kg at 60μm film thickness, depending on type and workpiece requirements.
4. Calculation Formula -- Specific Gravity * Coating Thickness = g/㎡
Shelf Life:
1. This product should be stored under dry conditions below 30°C for up to 12 months;
2. The used coating must be immediately resealed to prevent moisture absorption from affecting its performance;
3. Packaging: 20kg carton with inner plastic bag, minimum package size 3kg.

1. This product is non-toxic and non-flammable, but please comply with the GB15607-1995 Safety Regulations forCoating Operations during use.
Precautions:
1. Different types of powders should not be mixed for use.
2. Outdoor use is not recommended; prolonged exposure may lead to fading and powdering.
3. To enhance the weather resistance of the coating film, please use the outdoor-specific paint produced by ourcompany.
